CNC milling of aluminium

Adruu has three state-of-the-art vacuum high-frequency portal milling machines for machining operations. These machines have vacuum tables with a 1500 x 1000 mm work area and a very high spindle speed of 40,000 revolutions a minute. These portal milling machines are very fast and accurate, making them ideally suited to machining materials such as aluminium sheets with little human effort required. Adruu also has a chip extraction system, enabling very efficient production and reducing change-over times to the bare minimum. In addition, Adruu has three four-axis Fanuc Robodrill milling machines that are mainly used to machine profiles.
